The staff seemed friendly. The location was close to the metro.
The room was far from clean. I found hairs in the bathroom. The air conditioning made a loud noise and I could not adjust it. It affected my sleep.

the hotel has friendly STAFF, so you can ask them anything. my room was clean and I liked the decorations. I also visited the gym, it was empty, so i do exercices with no disturb. breakfast was nice and had a great varity.
the valet PARKING fee felt excessively high. I hope this will be fixed in the future.

The location is super convenient. It is a short walk to union station. the red line on the metro is just around the corner, excellent. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. I found it very satisfying.
The coffee machine in my room wasn't working. I couldn't make my morning coffee! the temperature in my room was too high, i couldn't control it. also, the parking fee wasn't communicated clearly, annoying.

The hotel location is close to restaurants and a train station. It is super safe to walk around there. I got a really good dinner with shrimp tacos, and breakfast was also delicious. Fresh coffee was available, and they even cooked eggs to order at the buffet! They got app based valet parking and I asked for my car with this app which was super convenient.
I noticed there was nowhere to put my shower items. There was just a very small shelf close to the bottom of the shower.
